What we collect
CrowdProof is built to need very little from you. Here is the full list of what we store:
- Your email address. We use magic-link sign-in, so your email is your account. There is no password to store. A session cookie (a signed JWT) keeps you logged in.
- Simulation content. The stimuli you submit, the settings you choose, and the results your simulations produce. This is your data; we store it so you can revisit your runs and reports.
- Survey responses. If you share a public survey link, we store the anonymous responses people submit (their reaction, optional comment, and optional age band). Respondents never create accounts.
- Billing status. Payments are handled by Stripe. Your card details never touch CrowdProof servers; we only store your plan and subscription status.
What we do with it
- We run your simulations and generate your reports. Simulation content is sent to the large language model providers that power the agents, solely to produce your results.
- We send transactional email (sign-in links, completion notifications) through MailChannels. We do not send marketing email you did not ask for.
- We keep your data on CrowdProof-managed servers.
What we never do
- We do not sell your personal data. To anyone. Ever.
- We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
- We do not publish your simulations. Share links, case studies, and surveys are public only when you explicitly create or publish them.
Your control
You can delete any finished simulation from your dashboard, which also removes its survey responses and stored state. For account deletion or any other data request, email privacy@crowdproof.xyz and we will handle it promptly.
