Terms of Service

Last updated: July 12, 2026

The service

CrowdProof is a social simulation platform. You submit an idea, message, or scenario, and hundreds of AI agents react to it across simulated social platforms, producing a live view and a synthesis report. Optional tools let you validate simulated results against real survey responses. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

Acceptable use

Use CrowdProof for research, testing, and decision-making. Do not:

  • Submit unlawful content as a stimulus, or use the service to plan or promote unlawful activity.
  • Attempt to abuse, overload, or reverse-engineer the platform, or circumvent plan limits.
  • Present simulated posts or agents as statements from real people.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

Plans and billing

CrowdProof offers a free plan and paid plans (Pro, Team, Enterprise) with higher simulation limits. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see your card details. Paid plans bill monthly and can be cancelled at any time from your billing page, taking effect at the end of the current billing period.

Paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If CrowdProof is not what you expected, email us within 14 days of your first payment for a full refund.

What simulations are (and are not)

Simulations are AI-generated, directional research. They can surface likely objections, faction dynamics, and sentiment patterns, but they are not a guarantee of real-world outcomes. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on simulation results, and CrowdProof is not liable for losses arising from those decisions. The service is provided as is, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Your content

You keep ownership of the stimuli you submit and the reports your simulations produce. You grant us the limited rights needed to run the service (storing your content, sending it to the model providers that power the agents, and rendering your results back to you). Public share links, surveys, and case studies expose content only when you create or publish them.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as the service evolves; material changes will be reflected in the date above. These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Questions? Email support@crowdproof.xyz.
